Pittenweem Inn is located in the lovely East Neuk village of Pittenweem, famous for its fresh fish and the yearly World renowned Pittenweem Arts Festival.
Pittenweem has a picturesque working harbour and daily fish market where you can watch the fleet leaving or coming home with their fresh catch of Scottish shellfish as well as a number of galleries and craft shops. Pittenweem is a welcome port in the fife coastal path which starts at the river Forth and works its way right up to the river Tay. There are also boat trips to the Isle of May National Nature Reserve from nearby Anstruther. Our most convenient airport is Edinburgh only 60 minutes by car and our nearest train station of Leuchars 25 minutes away also there is plenty of local and express bus services connecting fife and beyond, Dundee is also only 50 minutes by car. We are also in comfortable driving distance of all the world famous links golf courses, Home of Golf St Andrew’s 15 minutes, Kingsbarns 10 mins, and the 225 year old Balcomie Links in Crail less than 10 minutes away and walking distance to our famous local course of Anstruther.
